Douglas and his team delivered Top-quality work with zero shortcuts and no excuses. Tochinni construction crew is Unparalleled in their customer service, they truly aim to exceed your vision! A rare breed of contractors who show up consistently (unlike others who only appear for payment). Owner Douglas personally oversees every detail and even pitches in physically. He responds immediately to all questions and concerns, he did this even when he was on vacation! We are grateful that we found this company and I would never recommend anyone else. During 17 years of homeownership and numerous contractors later – Douglas sets an UNMATCHED STANDARD. My bathroom came out amazing and we really couldn’t have been happier!

Toochin construction was amazing from start to finish!! I hired them to do my tile back splash in my kitchen, Douglas was extremely responsive and thorough. He came the morning of the project to make sure everything I needed would be executed properly! They did a great job and were very organized and quick. There was an issue with the actual tile from the manufacturer and Douglas offered to come back and fix the issue for me so that I would be 100% happy! I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future!!

I cannot begin to express how much Douglas and his team made my renovation experience go smoother than I could have ever imagined. My project was completed quickly, and the end result was spectacular. All of the positive feedback in the previous reviews is 100% accurate. From demolition to completion, everyone on his team showed up on time every single day. They made sure they completed their phase of the project before leaving for the day, so the next phase would be started on schedule. For instance, the fabricator cannot measure for countertops until the bottom cabinets have been completely installed. Douglas’ cabinet crew worked late in the evening to make sure the cabinets were installed, so the fabricator would not be delayed. Douglas has a team for every phase of the project. He coordinates with them directly, so I never had to worry about reaching out to anyone to complete any of the work. Every single person he sent to my home was prompt, professional, and very diligent. The level of service you receive with Tocchini Construction is top-tier. These guys are in a league of their own. Home renovation is a very expensive, very stressful undertaking, but Tocchini definitely made it go as smoothly as possible. I am already looking forward to working with them on my next project.
